All security projects for Self-Storage businesses allow controlled access 24/7 without the need for security guards.

The premises are divided into two zones. Common areas (hallways, bathrooms, and loading areas) and Private Zones (Boxes accessible only by the owners).

Presence detectors (alarm system) only monitor common areas. Although the boxes do not have independent protection, access to them is protected. There are presence detectors both in common areas and in each client’s personal box.

When an authorized client, identified via a presence card at the entrance, accesses, the system deactivates protected areas, allowing the client to reach their private box.

This solution also upholds the security of all other Boxes by deactivating only the client’s own protected zones, allowing secure access to their private box.

The video surveillance system allows 24/7 live monitoring of all events from any mobile device (smartphone with 3G) or PC with internet access, with no fees or access limits.

All movements will be recorded for possible verification in case of incidents.

The system can also send images to smartphones in case of various alarms, with no additional costs.
